Lyle Griffin, President of SelerixLyle Griffin, President. With more than 25 years experience in software product development, Mr. Griffin has held leadership positions in a variety of early-stage technology ventures. As lead developer and later Vice President of Software Development for Micrografx, Mr. Griffin was instrumental in developing several of the first retail software products for Microsoft Windows and was recognized in 1994 by Microsoft founder Bill Gates as a Windows Pioneer. Mr. Griffin first worked on utilizing the Internet for the marketing of financial services as CTO of Lifeweb, leading a team developing a web-based agency management system. Later, as Director of Software Development for SelectQuote, one of the largest marketers of individual term life insurance in the U. S., Mr. Griffin led the team that developed the company’s first e-commerce presence. As co-founder of Selerix, Mr. Griffin has overseen development of one of the most comprehensive solutions for benefit enrollment and worksite marketing. Mr. Griffin received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology in 1984.

Pavel Peker, Chief Technology Office of SelerixPavel Peker, Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Peker has worked on the development of scalable systems for financial services for over 12 years. As a key member of the development team for Zebu/ SelectTech, Mr. Peker designed and implemented QuickView, a distributed system for tracking pending application information for brokers, carriers, and service providers. At SelectQuote, Mr. Peker was an architect and lead developer of several key systems, including SelectQuote’s advanced quotation system and SelectQuote.com. Since co-founding Selerix, Mr. Peker has led all aspects of architecture, design, and implementation of the systems developed by the company. Mr. Peker received his Masters degree in Computer Science from the State University of Belarus in 1995.

Craig Stephens, Vice-President of Sales for SelerixCraig Stephens, Vice President of Sales. Mr. Stephens joined Selerix in September 2007 and comes to the company with over 20 years of experience from the health care industry. Prior to joining Selerix, Mr. Stephens spent 11 years with Express Scripts, a leading pharmacy benefit management company. As Regional Sales Director in the West Region for Express Scripts, Mr. Stephens’ responsibilities included new business development with third-party administrators, brokers, and consultants within a 4-state region. As Regional Vice President of Sales for CuraScript, an Express Scripts specialty pharmacy, Mr. Stephens oversaw sales and new business development for Express Scripts commercial clients. Prior to joining Express Scripts, Craig helped establish two early-stage home health companies in the Dallas area. Craig earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma in 1985.

Teri Long, Director of Professional Services at SelerixTeri Long Teri Long, Director of Professional Services. Ms. Long joined Selerix in January, 2011 with over 23 years of leadership experience in customer service, technical support, and software quality assurance. At Micrografx, Ms. Long directed a 24/7 customer service operation of over 50 employees, establishing systems and processes to support both domestic and international clients. At InterGO Communications, Sweetwater Health, epicRealm, and Transfinity Corp., Ms. Long oversaw technical support and quality assurance operations. As Director of Support Operations at iStation, Ms. Long led the customer support team, on-boarded new licensees, and streamlined support processes and systems.

Michelle DeShong, Account Director at SelerixMichelle DeShong, Account Director. Ms. DeShong joined Selerix with over 15 years of experience in human resources, administration and project management. Ms. DeShong worked in a variety of industries including oil and gas, bio-pharmaceutical, software, legal and telecommunications. Ms. DeShong’s experience includes managing benefit administration; training and development; performance management; vendor, client and employee relations; recruitment and compensation. Ms. DeShong received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Trinity University in 1986.

 

Steve Lamoureux, Director of Product ManagementSteve Lamoureux, Director of Product Management. Mr. Lamoureux joined Selerix with over 15 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industries. With Pacific Life Insurance Company, Mr. Lamoureux was responsible for Training and Development for home office and field employees. Later with Gallagher Benefit Services as Technology and Projects Manager, Mr. Lamoureux oversaw client implementations of a wide range of online enrollment solutions. Mr. Lamoureux received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas and his Masters degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Louisiana State University in 1994.

 

Michael Foley - Member, Selerix Board of DirectorsMichael Foley, Member, Selerix Board of Directors. Mr. Foley serves as a Client Executive for Marsh U.S. Consumer currently; his focus is on the implementation and development of all aspects of client’s voluntary benefit programs. His program management responsibilities include financial stability, employee program satisfaction, efficient operations, and more. Mr. Foley has actively participated in the evolution of the voluntary benefits during his 25 years in the voluntary benefits industry and 19 years with Marsh. He has held positions in marketing, sales and client management for Marsh, and served as President of Westport Benefits and Eastbridge Technology (ETI). His accomplishments include the development of COBRA Administration services; the development and management of Westport Benefits, a third party administrator, for self funded medical plans and voluntary benefits; and was instrumental in the development of the initial specifications for Selerix’s BenSelect enrollment system, utilized by major insurers for employee enrollments. Mr. Foley received his Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame in 1977.
