Enrollment Software Deployment Options

After a brief enrollment assessment with a Selerix consultant, we can recommend a plan of action utilizing a variety of enrollment techniques and touch points.  All enrollment methods are fully supported through the Benefits-Selection portal.

Enrollment options include:

  • Self-Service Internet Enrollment

  • Laptop One-on-One Enrollment

  • Call Center Enrollment

  • Telephone Co-Browse Internet Enrollment

If you choose a laptop enrollment using professional benefit counselors, all employee enrollment data is transmitted to the central Benefits-Selection database.

At the completion of the open enrollment process, enrollment and payroll deduction data can be delivered to the employer and insurance carriers in a variety of standard or customizable formats. 

 

 

   

For some employers, offering an online enrollment system only won't do much good if a significant portion of your population does not have access to the Internet at work or at home.  In this case, the Benefits-Selection system can be deployed offline on one or more laptop computers.  Offline enrollment services can be bundled in combination with online enrollment services or configured for a 100% laptop-based enrollment.  You might consider using our laptop enrollment system in the following circumstances:

Mergers & Acquisitions
When a merger or acquisition occurs, it seems like there is never enough time to finish the due diligence process, compile enrollment materials, gather new elections, figure out transition of care issues and answer an endless stream of employee questions.  You can facilitate a smooth enrollment process and meet with employees one-on-one using our laptop system.  Your new employees get the face-to-face time needed to feel comfortable with the new programs.  You get complete data collected on all new employees coming onboard with the ability to process payroll deductions and enrollment elections electronically once the enrollment period is over.
 

Enrollment Outsourcing
Nothing beats face-to-face communication and interaction when it comes to explaining employee benefits.  Many employers today outsource the annual open enrollment process to professional enrollment organizations who are staffed with a team of benefit counselors.

Your enrollment team is fully trained on all of your benefit programs prior to the open enrollment start date. In most cases, employers also take the opportunity to expand the existing benefits program with one or more voluntary plans designed to complement the existing core and voluntary package.  Your enrollment team can explain and enroll any new programs during the one-on-one session with your employees.

Each day, enrollment data from the individuals laptops is synchronized through our secured enrollment website so that all enrollment counselors have accurate and up-to-date information each day during the open enrollment period.  In addition, the employer has access to a variety of online enrollment reports that allows to you oversee the enrollment process in general and get a feel for enrollment trends and changes.

New Hire Benefits Orientation
As part a part of the new hire benefits orientation process, you can utilize the Benefits-Selection system online or on a laptop.  Instead of having to chase down a bunch of paper forms, you can have new hires complete their enrollment during the orientation.  This serves to educate new hires on the programs offered through the company, provides on-the-spot employee elections electronically, and serves as an introduction to the self-service online system (if an online system is also available).
