Administrator functionality enables the HR staff and/or enrollment Case Managers to monitor enrollment activity and process enrollments on behalf of employees requiring assistance, as well as view enrollment history for employees.

Built-in security features inherent in the Benefits-Selection architecture control what employees see and may access. The system provides role-based, password-protected security with 128-bit SSL encryption.

Online or Offline Deployment
The system supports online access via the Internet for employee self-service or agent-assisted co-browse sessions.  The enrollment module can also be deployed offline using laptops if a worksite enrollment process is desired.

Post-Enrollment Data Integration
Our data integration capabilities enable updates of employee and enrollment data to most back-office HRIS/payroll systems and carrier eligibility systems.
