Single Sign-on

BenSelect supports Single Sign-On (SSO) integration. SSO simplifies enrollment by enabling users to access the Selerix system using one login instead of requiring a separate login (user ID and password) for each site. SSO may be implemented using Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) or Selerix’s QX Enrollment Web Service. In either case, the solution is not platform specific.

Single Sign-On (within the Selerix system) enables an enrollee or agent to log onto the enrollment website and seamlessly (without an additional log on step) access www.BenefitAgent.com and any of the portals Selerix has designed for BenSelect. Single Sign-On also allows Plug-‘N-Play enrollment of any of the many voluntary benefit products supported by BenSelect within trusted enrollment systems from other vendors.

Without Selerix’s SSO

In a non-SSO session, you must enter a separate login (user ID and password) for each site you visit. In addition to the effort required to remember and use separate login IDs and passwords for each site, you must also re-enter census data–which can mean a lot of extra typing and more chances of making mistakes.

With Selerix’s SSO

With any of Selerix’s SSO solutions, a single login or user ID grants you access to your company’s site and the appropriate Selerix sites. In most situations, census data will be transferred along with your security information. Not only can you forget about multiple login IDs and passwords, but you will only need to enter census data once.
