Selerix Support Services
Selerix Support is our customer’s single point of contact for all things Selerix, including questions about the company, services, billing and solutions, as well as questions about case building, technology and issue resolution on using the platform.
The main Support email address is firstname.lastname@example.org, and Support hours are 8:00am to 6:30pm CST Monday through Friday, off hour emergency issues can be reported by leaving a voicemail at the Support number, 214.856.4290.
